The language "contest" has begun!

It’s so good to know that God is in full control… and that He (mysteriously) allows us to participate with Him in carrying out His will. Your prayers do that and make a huge difference! Thank you for praying!

Updates as of 4/25/2025

Non-English updates

All three non-English versions of the podcast are now publishing consistently and a generous listener has helped me set up automations to make the translation and administrative side of things more effective and less time consuming. Thank you, Russell!

Things like this always take time to spread, and so far it seems the Spanish version is pulling out in terms of listenership. There are on average 25 people listening to each episode of the Spanish version, Chinese comes in 2nd, and Hindi comes in third.

If you’ve got friends, missionaries, etc. who speak those languages, send them to https://MorningMindsetMedia.com to find the version that they can listen to! Word of mouth works for these new non-English podcasts just like it does in English!

And if you know of platforms that might help promote these non-English versions effectively, I’d love to hear about them.

Please keep praying that the Lord will spread the truth of His gospel and the glory of His Son through the non-English versions.

A sad goodbye

It is sad to me that I had to stop recording the prayer episodes, but I couldn’t get past the feeling that it was simply time to be done with them. Pray that the Lord ministers in a fresh and new way to those who relied on those episodes (some did, they’ve told me).

A RECENT LISTENER STORY

I have been having some very worrying health symptoms that make me fear cancer. This is scary because I have two young kids, a 2 and 6 year old.  It created such overwhelming fear in me that it showed I had not surrendered to God, was not trusting God.  On Friday night I surrendered to God's plans and just begged him to please make me strong no matter what comes. 
I told him I was weak and he was my strength, that I needed him to be my strength because if I faced any adversity like that I would not be able to handle it, I could not be strong enough.  I must have said the word "strength" like 20 times in my prayer.

The one other thing I prayed to God was that if I was going to face adversity, I'd like him to make me into someone who gets to heaven and gets a "well done" from him, like that song says. 

Well the next morning I awoke before dawn to pray.  I hadn't listened to your podcast in a while as I was focusing on my prayer practice.  I felt inspired to listen to you and as I selected your podcast, my phone automatically played the current day's podcast, which thankfully you had uploaded quite early...it was the one about Philippians 4:13.  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!!

Thank you for being part of God's communication with me, he answered me, he is so so merciful.
